Nedspice Processing Vietnam Ltd. is established in 1997. Responding to our clients request for more high-quality and microbiological clean pepper, Nedspice was the first company in Vietnam to build a new factory with an integrated sterilization facility. Over time the factory has been continuously expanded and updated. Thanks to the combination of cleaning, grading, sterilizing and grinding facilities, Nedspice Processing Vietnam Ltd. is now a leading ingredients processor of single spices.

The factory has a capacity of 24,000 tonnes per year and employs around 450 dedicated people. To maintain and guarantee quality Nedspice Processing Vietnam Ltd. is ISO22000 and BRC grade A certified and HACCP procedures are in place. The company also complies with HALAL, Kosher and Sedex requirements.

Nedspice warehouse in Binh Phuoc has a storage capacity of 12,000 MT and around 90 people work at this site. Since January ’21 the warehouse is upgraded with a full processing line. Nedspice Binh Phuoc can now clean and sterilize around 25,000 tonnes of whole pepper a year.

We are located throughout India. Nedspice has a factory and warehouse in Cochin, processing units in Palakkad and Kadapa and a buying station in Rajasthan. A new onion and garlic dehydration plant is under construction in Muhava, Gujarat.

Nedspice Processing India Pvt Ltd is established in 1991 and is located in the centre of spice trade in India, Cochin (Kerala state). In 2012, the building and machinery underwent a major upgrade. A fully integrated processing line enhanced with an advanced cleaning system mated to a validated steam sterilizer and milling and packing system was installed.

The factory has a total processing capacity of 4,000 tonnes per year and about 100 dedicated people work there year-round. To maintain and guarantee quality, Nedspice Processing India is BRC and ISO22000 certified, and HACCP procedures are in place. The company also complies with HALAL, Kosher and Sedex requirements.

In 2023 the new state-of-the-art Onion and Garlic dehydration factory in Mahuva, India will be fully operational. The new factory will be able to process 4,000 tonnes of ingredients in a near fully sustainable way. Instead of the conventionally used coal-fired boiler, the facility will use electricity in an innovative way, which reduces the carbon footprint of the factory drastically. The factory will also have virtually zero water discharge.

Nedspice operates a processing unit in Kadapa, mainly for receipt of good from the farmer programs in this area. Primarily turmeric is dried on concrete floors and cleaned before it is shipped to Cochin for further processing.
